Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy from the day your items are delivered.

  • If you have received the wrong product, we will send the right product to you, or you can choose to have a refund back to your original payment method.
  • If your product was damaged during transit, please email a photo of your damaged product in the box within 24 hours of receiving your item, and we will send a new product to you, or you can choose to have a refund back to your original payment method.

We do not allow returns for used products, a change of mind after receiving your items, or if you have not reached out within our 14-day window.

At Drifted, we wish to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with their order, so if you are not in love with your product, we will be happy to arrange an exchange, although you will be responsible for return postage and the postage for your new product.

  • Once we have received your returned items, your exchange will be processed in 2-3 business days.
